DOI：10.13766/j.bhsk.1008−2204.2022.1295公共危机中的科学传播挑战及其应对—基于拉奎拉事件的反思和鸿鹏（北京航空航天大学人文与社会科学高等研究院，北京100083）摘要：在公共危机中，如何准确、有效地向公众传播科学信息是科学传播领域的重要问题。以广受关注的拉奎拉事件为例，采用文本分析方法，对拉奎拉事件的相关材料和学界评论进行梳理，并反思在公共危机中科学家如何向公众传播科学信息、如何帮助公众做出合理决策。在厘清拉奎拉事件脉络的基础上，指出公共危机中的科学传播活动面临的三个挑战，即向公众传播具有不确定性的科学、科学家在公共危机中的角色冲突以及非科学知识与科学知识的竞争，进而基于“科学为民”理念，讨论应对公共危机中科学传播挑战的思路，最后从“传播什么科学”和“如何传播科学”两个角度提出应传播“复数”的科学和“双向”的科学的建议。关键词：公共危机；科学传播；拉奎拉地震；科学家角色；公众科学中图分类号：G206.3;D630.8文献标志码：A文章编号：1008−2204（2023）02−0108−07ChallengesofScienceCommunicationinPublicCrisesandtheCountermeasures:ReflectionsontheL’AquilaIncidentHEHongpeng（InstituteforAdvancedStudiesofHumanitiesandSocialSciences,BeihangUniversity,Beijing100083,China）Abstract:Inpubliccrises,howtoaccuratelyandeffectivelycommunicatescientificinformationtothepublicisanimportantissueinthefieldofsciencecommunication.TakingthewidelyconcernedL’Aquilaincidentasanexample,thepapercarriesoutthetextanalysistosortouttherelevantmaterialsandacademiccommentsontheL’Aquilaincident,andreflectsonhowscientistscancommunicatescientificinformationtothepublicandhelpthepublicmakesounddecisionsinpubliccrises.AfterclarifyingthecontextoftheL’Aquilaincident,thepaperpointsoutthatsciencecommunicationactivitiesinpubliccrisesarefacingthreechallenges,namely,communicatingsciencewithuncertaintytothepublic,theconflictingrolesofscientistsinpubliccrises,andthecompetitionbetweennon-scientificandscientificknowledge.Inaddition,basedontheideaof“scienceforthepeople”,thepaperdiscusseshowtodealwiththechallengesofsciencecommunicationinpubliccrises.Finally,thepaperproposesthat“plural”scienceand“two-way”scienceshou...
