or IEC participate in the development of International Standards throughtechnical committees established by the respective organization to deal with particular fields oftechnicalactivity.ISO and IEC technical committees collaborate in fields of mutual interest.Other internationalorganizations,governmentalandnongovernmental,inliaisonwithISOandIEC,alsotakepartinthework.The procedures used to realizing such realtime access system,an Ecma standard ECMA412(also published
