第48卷第3期Vol.48No.3FORGING&STAMPINGTECHNOLOGY2023年3月Mar.2023变截面型材拉弯成形工艺仿真与优化金妍,杜建宁,崔丽,王金权,王鑫宇,关志彬(沈阳飞机工业(集团)有限公司,辽宁沈阳110034)摘要:根据7075铝合金变截面缘条零件的特征建立有限元仿真模型,研究变曲率型材成形过程中的各项工艺参数对零件拉弯成形时所产生的起皱和回弹等表面质量问题的影响。在等截面与变截面的不同条件下的拉弯仿真工艺参数的选择,会直接影响成形结果。加大拉紧力,可以有效解决拉弯后零件的起皱现象;在相同拉紧力下,减小型材宽度,可以避免型材断裂的问题。增加包覆角度,可以降低拉弯后零件的回弹量,也可以使零件卸载后的相对于模具的位移缩短。工艺仿真与工艺参数的优化可以解决拉弯后零件的起皱和回弹现象,并通过工艺试验对仿真后的结果进行工艺验证。关键词:7075铝合金;变截面型材;拉弯;起皱;回弹DOI:10.13330/j.issn.1000-3940.2023.03.012中图分类号:TG394文献标志码:A文章编号:1000-3940(2023)03-0088-07Simulationandoptimizationonstretchbendingprocessforvariablecross-sectionprofileJinYan,DuJianning,CuiLi,WangJinquan,WangXinyu,GuanZhibin(AVICShenyangAircraftCorporation,Shenyang110034,China)Abstract:Thefiniteelementsimulationmodelwasestablishedbythecharacteristicsof7075aluminumalloyvariablecrosssectionedgestripparts,andtheinfluencesofvariousprocessparameterintheformingprocessofvariablecross-sectionprofileonthesurfacequalityproblemsofwrinklingandspringbackgeneratedduringthestretchbendingofpartswerestudied.Theselectionofstretchbendingsimula-tionprocessparametersunderdifferentconditionsofequalandvariablecross-sectionsdirectlyaffectedtheformingresults.Andincreasingthetensileforcecouldeffectivelysolvethewrinklingphenomenonofpartsafterstretchbending.Underthesametensileforce,reducingthewidthofprofilecouldavoidtheproblemofprofilebreakage,andincreasingthecladdinganglecouldreducetheamountofspringbackofpartafterstretchbendingandshortenthedisplacementrelativetothedieafterthepartwasunloaded.Theprocesssimulationandtheopti-mizationofprocessparameterscansolvethewrinklingandspringbackphenomenaofpartsafterstretchbending,andtheprocessverifica-tionofsimulationresultsiscarri...
