第2期Preparation and properties of silicone rubber thermalinsulation compositesZENG Sheng-qu,CHEN Xiang,LUO Piao-hui（School of Materials Science and Engineering,Hunan Institute of Technology,Hengyang 421002,China）Abstract:Hollow glass bead(HGB)/high tempe-rature vulcanized silicone rubber(HTV)and expan-ded vermiculite(EVMT)/HTV thermal insulationcomposites were prepared using HGB and EVMTas thermal insulation fillers blended with HTV,re-spectively.The effects of type and amount of ther-mal insulation fillers on the thermal insulation andmechanical properties of thermal insulation com-posites were investigated.The results showed thatwith the increasing amount of HGB and EVMT,thethermal conductivity of the thermal insulation com-posite decreased obviously.Compared with HTV,when the mass ratio of HGB to HTV was 20/100and the mass ratio of EVMT to HTV was 10/100,the thermal conductivity of the thermal insulationcomposites decreased by 20.44%and 12.34%,respectively.Both HGB and EVMT could improvethe modulus at 100%and Shore A hardness ofHTV thermal insulation composites,and reduce itstensile strength and elongation at break.When themass ratio of HGB to HTV was 20/100,and themass ratio of EVMT to HTV was 10/100,the tensilestrength of the thermal insulation composite were10.51 MPa and 11.59 MPa,and Shore A hardnesswere 71.6 and 59.1,respectively.Key words:silicone rubber;heat insulation per-formance;hollow glass bead;expanded vermiculite;composite;mechanical property国内简讯2023年我国轮胎出口情况据中国橡胶网3月28日报道，我国轮胎2023年2月出口量同比大增，出口均价上涨，带动前两个月轮胎外贸实现了开门红。2023年2月，我国橡胶轮胎出口总量为570 kt，环比减少70 kt，同比增加27%；出口金额达100.38亿元，同比增长33.5%，出口均价同比保持上涨趋势。2月，新的充气橡胶轮胎出口量为560 t，环比减少60 kt，同比增长28.3%；出口金额为97.31亿元，同比增长35%。按条数计算，2月新的充气橡胶轮胎出口量为3 925万条，环比减少759万条，同比增长12.8%。2023年1-2月，我国橡胶轮胎累计出口量为1 220 kt，同比增长7.1%；出口金额为215.02亿元，同比增长16.1%。新的充气橡胶轮胎累计出口1 180 kt，增长8%；出口金额为207.02亿元，增长17.2%。按条数计算，1-2月累计出口新的充气橡胶轮胎8 609万条，同比下降4.4%。曾盛渠等.硅橡胶隔热复合材料的制备及性能123
