Maryland College and a Ph.D.in chemistry fromPurdue University.He is a member of the AmericanChemical Society,National Science Teachers Association,and Sigma Xi.Victor S.Strozak is a professor of chemistry at New YorkCity Technical College of the City University of NewYork.He has been teaching chemistry at the high schooland college levels for 34 years.He earned his B.S.inChemistry from St.Johns University and his M.S.inChemistry and Ph.D.in Science Education from NewYork University.He is a member of the American Chem-ical Society,the Two Year College Chemistry Conference,and the ACS Division of Chemical Education.He hasparticipated in grants administration for the NationalScience Foundation,concentrating on systemic changeand improvements in science education.Cheryl Wistrom is an associate professor of chemistry atSaint Josephs College in Rensselaer,Indiana.She hastaught chemistry and chemical education at the collegelevel for six years.She earned her B.S.degree at NorthernMichigan University and her M.S.and Ph.D.at the Uni-versity of Michigan,where she carried out research ongene expression during aging of human cells.She hasparticipated in summer institutes
