第48卷第3期Vol.48No.3FORGING&STAMPINGTECHNOLOGY2023年3月Mar.2023冲裁间隙对弯链板冲孔断面质量及凸模磨损的影响汪永明1,2,董书豪1,2,李偎1,2(1.安徽工业大学机械工程学院,安徽马鞍山243032;2.安徽工业大学特种重载机器人安徽省重点实验室,安徽马鞍山243032)摘要:为了研究冲裁间隙对销合链弯链板冲孔断面质量及凸模磨损的影响,运用DEFORM软件建立了4组不同冲裁间隙的冲孔仿真模型,通过仿真得到了不同冲裁间隙下的凸模行程与冲裁力变化曲线。分析了断面质量和凸模最大磨损量随冲裁间隙的变化趋势,并制作了冲孔模具进行试验验证。仿真结果表明:随着冲裁间隙的增大,断面光亮带长度和凸模磨损深度会随之减小。根据不同冲裁间隙下的冲裁力曲线,绘制冲裁功曲线,确定最佳冲裁间隙值为0.2mm。此时,冲孔断面光亮带长度的仿真值为2.11204mm,凸模的使用寿命预测为62000件。进行了冲孔试验,试验发现,当冲裁间隙为0.2mm时,冲裁件的冲孔断面光亮带长度的实测值为2.19mm,与仿真值的相对误差仅为3.7%,验证了仿真结果的准确性,为冲孔模具研发提供了有效指导。关键词:弯链板;冲裁间隙;冲孔;断面质量;凸模磨损DOI:10.13330/j.issn.1000-3940.2023.03.009中图分类号:TG386文献标志码:A文章编号:1000-3940(2023)03-0068-08InfluenceofblankingclearanceonpunchingsectionqualityandpunchwearforbendchainplateWangYongming1,2,DongShuhao1,2,LiWei1,2(1.SchoolofMechanicalEngineering,AnhuiUniversityofTechnology,Ma′anshan243032,China;2.AnhuiProvinceKeyLaboratoryofSpecialHeavyLoadRobot,AnhuiUniversityofTechnology,Ma′anshan243032,China)Abstract:Inordertostudytheinfluenceofblankingclearanceonpunchingsectionqualityandpunchwearforpin-jointbentchainplate,thepunchingsimulationmodelswithfoursetsofdifferentblankingclearancewereestablishedbyDEFORMsoftware,andthechangecurvesofpunchstrokeandpunchingforceunderdifferentblankingclearanceswereobtainedbysimulation.Then,thevariationtrendofthesectionqualityandthemaximumwearamountofpunchwiththeblankingclearancewereanalyzed,andthepunchingdiewasmadeforexperimentalverification.Thesimulationresultsshowthatthelengthofsectionbrightbandandthedepthofpunchweardecreaseasthepunchingclearanceincreases.Basedonthepunchingforcecurvesatdifferentpunchingclearances,thepunchi...
