THEM4 单核苷酸多态性(SNPs)与山羊繁殖性状的相关性。方法 采用 MassAAYSNP 分型技术对 ES1、TENM1 和 THEM4 SNPs 位点进行分型,检测其在云上黑山羊、济宁青山羊和辽宁绒山羊 3 个群体中的遗传学特征,并对其多态性与山羊繁殖性状(产羔数、初生窝重、断奶窝重)进行相关性分析。结果 群体遗传学分析结果表明,ES1 g76097125CT 位点在济宁青山羊和辽宁绒山羊中为低度多态(PIC025),在云上黑山羊中为中度多态(025PIC050);ES1 g76139051AG 在云上黑山羊、济宁青山羊和辽宁绒山羊中为中度多态(025PIC050)。TENM1 g17333655CT 和 g17372494AG 位点在 3 个山羊群体中表现为低度多态(PIC025);TENM1 g17236451GC 和 g17586866TC 位点在 3 个山羊群体中的多态性(PIC)为 005 036。THEM4g101275605GA 位点在 3 个山羊群体中为低度多态(PIC025)。卡方检验结果表明,ES1 g76139051 AG、THEM4 g101275605GA位点在云上黑山羊、济宁青山羊和辽宁绒山羊中处于 HardyWeinberg 平衡状态(P005)。相关分析结果表明,ES1 g76097125CT 位点 CT 和 TT 型山羊的初生窝重显著高于 CC 型(P005);TENM1 g17236451GC 位点 GC 型山羊的产羔数和断奶窝重显著高于 GG 型(P005),g17333655CT 位点 CC 型山羊产羔数显著高于 CT 型(P005);其余位点多态性与云上黑山羊产羔数、初生窝重和断奶窝重无显著相关(P005)。结论TENM1 g17236451GC 位点可作为云上黑山羊产羔数和断奶窝重选择的潜在分子标记;TENM1g17333655CT 位点可作为云上黑山羊产羔数选择的潜在分子标记;ES1 g76097125CT 01),因此如何快速提高山羊产羔数是养羊业一个亟待解决的难题。与传统育种手段相比,分子遗传育种具有准确度高、可操作性强、育种成本低等优点,能更加高效、快速地对山羊产羔性状进行改良。利用分子标记技术有利于高繁殖力山羊的筛选,从而加快育种进程,可为山羊的选育工作提供更多便利1。ES1(estrogen receptor 1)基因定位于 9 号染色体,拥有 12 个外显安徽农业科学,JAnhui AgricSci 2023,51(1):7984子。雌激素受体 由 ES1 编码,通过与靶基因上的特异性效应元件结合,从而调节靶基因的表达2。雌激素受体 为雌激素的受体,与雌激素结合后,对胚胎、乳腺和雌性繁殖周期中卵泡的生长发育都发挥着重要作用3。研究表明,ES基因是调控猪高产仔数的主效基因之一4。Tao 等5 通过GWAS、OH 分析和选择特征检测发现 ES1
