临床医学研究与实践2023年3月第8卷第7期ClinicaleffectofintensepulsedlightcombinedwithKangfuxinsolutionandmetronidazolegelinthetreatmentofrosaceaHAORuihong1,ZHANGYaqin2*,RENJianwen3(1.thePeople'sHospitalofFuguCounty,Yulin719499;2.thePeople'sHospitalofYijunCounty,Tongchuan727209;3.theSecondAffiliatedHospitalofXi'anJiaotongUniversity,Xi'an710004,China)ABSTRACT:ObjectiveToexploretheclinicaleffectofintensepulsedlightcombinedwithKangfuxinsolutionandmetronidazolegelinthetreatmentofrosacea.MethodsAtotalof100patientswithrosaceawhowereadmittedinthedermatologydepartmentofourhospitalfromJanuary2020toApril2021wereselectedastheresearchobjects.Accordingtotherandomnumbertablemethod,thepatientsweredividedintocontrolgroupandobservationgroup,with50casesineachgroup.ThecontrolgroupwastreatedwithKangfuxinsolutionandmetronidazolegel,andtheobservationgroupwastreatedwithintensepulsedlightonthebasisofthecontrolgroup.Thetherapeuticeffectsofthetwogroupswerecompared.ResultsThetotaleffectiverateoftreatmentintheobservationgroupwashigherthanthatinthecontrolgroup(P<0.05).Aftertreatment,thescoresoferythemaandtelangiectasiaandDermatologyLifeQualityIndex(DLQI)intheobservationgroupwerelowerthanthoseinthecontrolgroup,thenumberofpapulesandpustules,transepidermalwaterloss(TEWL)werelessthanthoseinthecontrolgroup,andthewatercontentofstratumcorneumwashigherthanthatinthecontrolgroup(P<0.05).Therewasnosignificantdifferenceinthetotalincidenceofadversereactionsbetweenthetwogroups(P>0.05).ConclusionTheintensepulsedlightcombinedwithKangfuxinsolutionandmetronidazolegelinthetreatmentofrosaceahasgoodclinicaleffectandsafety,whichcaneffectivelypromotetherecoveryofthediseaseandimprovethequalityoflifeofpatients.Itisworthyofclinicalpromotion.KEYWORDS:rosacea;intensepulsedlight;Kangfuxinsolution;metronidazolegel强脉冲光联合康复新液及甲硝唑凝胶治疗玫瑰痤疮的临床效果郝瑞红1，张亚勤2*，任建文3（1.陕西省榆林市府谷县人民医院，陕西榆林，719499；2.陕西省铜川市宜君县人民医院，陕西铜川，727209；3.西安交通大学第二附属医院，陕西西安...
