I分类号：C913.9学号：201804353014专专 业业 学学 位位 硕硕 士士 论论 文文龙口市建筑业农民工就业质量评价及影响因素研究龙口市建筑业农民工就业质量评价及影响因素研究Astudy on the evaluation and influencing factors of theemployment quality of migrant workers in constructionindustry in Longkou研 究 生 姓 名研 究 生 姓 名：孙越孙越指指 导导 教教 师：师：魏斌魏斌教授教授专业学位类型：专业学位类型：农业硕士农业硕士专业学位领域：专业学位领域：农农业管理业管理论文提交日期论文提交日期：2022 年年 12 月月 31 日日II烟台大学学位论文原创性声明和使用授权说明烟台大学学位论文原创性声明和使用授权说明原创性声明原创性声明本人郑重声明：所呈交的学位论文，是本人在导师的指导下，独立进行研究工作所取得的成果。除文中已经注明引用的内容外，本论文不含任何其他个人或集体已经发表或撰写过的作品或成果。对本文的研究做出重要贡献的个人和集体，均已在文中以明确方式标明。本声明的法律结果由本人承担。论文作者签名：日期：2022 年 12 月 31 日学位论文使用授权说明学位论文使用授权说明本人完全了解烟台大学关于收集、保存、使用学位论文的规定，即：按照学校要求提交学位论文的印刷本和电子版本；学校有权保存学位论文的印刷本和电子版，并提供目录检索与阅览服务；学校可以采用影印、缩印、数字化或其它复制手段保存论文；在非保密的论文范围内，学校可以公布论文的部分或全部内容。（保密论文在解密后遵守此规定）论文作者签名：日期：2022 年 12 月 31 日指导教师签名：日期：2022 年 12 月 31 日III摘 要在我国社会发展的现代化进程中，有一类特殊的人群-农民工群体。近年来，农民工的发展规模一直呈稳定增长的态势，农民工群体在我国产业工人结构中的地位不再仅是一席之地，而是越来越重要。改革开放以来，产业结构的变革加速了人口的流动，人口流动带动了城乡一体化进程，相应的建筑业的产值和规模也在逐渐增高。建筑业属于我国的传统行业，其地位重要，它不仅在经济产业结构中地位显著，在吸收解决劳动力就业方面，也同样发挥着不可小觑的作用。据国家统计局公布的农民工监测调查报告，2021 年全国农民工总量 2.9 亿万人，其中建筑业占19%，数据表明建筑业农民工在数量方面，已位居第二。根据山东省统计局公布的 山东省统计年鉴，截至 2020 年底，建筑业总产值 14947.3 亿元，比上年增长 4.8%。从业人数 305.91 万人，约占全国建筑业总体从业人数的 28.33%。当前情势下，农民工群体，不仅人数庞大，而且地位非同一般。但受客观现实条件以及主观自身条件的限制，当前建筑业的就业现状基本是社会底层人员去从事这项工作条件艰苦且工作量繁重的工作，建筑业农民工就业质量的高低对于整个经济的发展、社会的稳定具有重要意义，改善其就业现状，提高其就业质量也是一项长久深远的工作。本文以龙口市建筑业农民工就业质量为研究对象，在开展研究之前，先通过研读学者文章，翻阅期刊资料，了解相关理论和研究，以便为下一步开展研究打下扎实的理论基础。然后通过问卷调查，收集建筑业农民工的数据信息，并在收集问卷的过程中，开展实地走访工作，了解建筑业农民工的真实生活环境，工作状态，以及其社会融合情况。在具体论文写作中，通过工作情况、劳动保障、就业稳定性、就业满意度、政府职能服务这五个维度，来构建指标评价体系。并通过因子分析法得到就业质量得分，通过得分发现龙口市建筑业农民工就业质量一般，仍有提升的空间。为了找到影响就业质量的因素，本文运用有序 Logistics 回归模型对相关因素展开分析，得出工作情况、保险情况、就业稳定性、工资收入、就业满意度以及政府职能服务是影响建筑业农民工就业质量的重要因素。最后针对当前龙口市建筑业农民工就业质量一般的现状，从农民工、企业、政府三方着手，提出提高就业质量的政策建议。关键词：龙口市；建筑业农民工；就业质量；影响因素；IVAbstractIn the course of the modernization of our countrys social development,there is aspecial group of people-migrant workers.In recent years,the development scale ofmigrant workers has been steadily increasing,the status of migrant workers in ourindustrial workers structure is no longer just a place,but more and more important.Sincethe reform and opening-up,the change of industrial structure has accelerated the flow ofpopulation,which drives the integration of urban and rural areas.The constructionindustry belongs to our countrys traditional industry,its status is important,it not only inthe economic industrial structure status is remarkable,in the absorption solution laborforce employment aspect,also is also playing the important role.According to theNational Bureau of Statistics of the Peoples Republic of China report,the constructionindustry accounts for 19 percent of the 290 million 2021 migrant workers in the country,the second largest in terms of the number of migrant workers in the construction industry.According to the Shandong statistical yearbook published by the Shandong ProvincialBureau of Statistics,the gross output value of the construction industry was 1494.73billion yuan at the end of 2020,an increase of 4.8 percent over the previous year.Thenumber of employees is 3,059,100,accounting for 28.33 percent of the total number ofemployees in Chinas construction industry.Under the current situation,migrant workersgroup,not only a large number of people,but also an extraordinary status.But restrictedby the objective reality condition and the subjective condition,the present employmentsituation of the construction industry basically is the social bottom class personnel toengage in this work condition arduous and the workload heavy work,the employmentquality of migrant workers in construction industry is of great significance to thedevelopment of the whole economy and the stability of the society.This paper takes the employment quality of migrant workers in the constructionindustry in Longkou as the research object.Before carrying out the research,we first readthe articles of scholars and periodicals to understand the relevant theories and research,inorder to lay a solid theoretical foundation for the next step of research.Then through theVquestionnaire survey,collect data and information of migrant workers in the constructionindustry,and in the process of collecting the questionnaire,carry out field visits tounderstand the real living environment of migrant workers in the construction industry,work status,and the social situation.In the specific thesis,through the work situation,labor security,employment stability,employment satisfaction,government functionservice these five dimensions,to build the index evaluation system.The employmentquality of migrant workers in construction industry in Longkou was found to be averageand there was still room for improvement.In order to find out the factors that affect theiremployment quality,this paper uses the order Logistics regression model to analyze therelevant factors,it is concluded that the job situation,insurance situation,employmentstability,wage income,employment satisfaction and government function service are theimportant factors affecting
