第47卷第2期电网技术Vol.47No.22023年2月PowerSystemTechnologyFeb.2023文章编号:1000-3673(2023)02-0584-10中图分类号:TM721文献标志码:A学科代码:470·40考虑敏感设备中断概率的电网线路改造优质供电运营模式研究肖先勇,秦铄,汪颖,胡文曦,陈韵竹(四川大学电气工程学院,四川省成都市610065)HighQualityPowerSupplyOperationModeofPowerGridLineReconstructionConsideringOutageProbabilityofSensitiveEquipmentXIAOXianyong,QINShuo,WANGYing,HUWenxi,CHENYunzhu(CollegeofElectricalEngineering,SichuanUniversity,Chengdu610065,SichuanProvince,China)ABSTRACT:Regulationatthegridsidealwaysreducestheimpactofvoltagesageventsinawiderrange,buttheoperationmodeofvoltagesagcontrolatthegridsidehasseldombeendeeplystudied.Therefore,ahigh-qualitypowersupplyoperationmodeforthepowergridlinereconstructionconsideringtheoutageprobabilityofthesensitiveequipmentisproposed.Basedonthethreecharacteristicsofsagamplitudes,durationsandinterruptionstatesofthesmallsamplemonitoringdataintheuncertainintervalsofthevoltagesagofeachsensitiveequipment,theproductioninterruptionprobabilityoftheequipmentisevaluatedthroughthesupportvectormachine(SVM)probabilityoutput,andtheinterruptiontimesofthesensitiveequipmentareaccuratelyassessed.Withthegoalofmaximizingthebenefitsofthepowergridcompaniesandthesensitiveusers,consideringtheeffectsofeverylinereconstructiontechnology,theproportionofservicechargesiscalculatedbyusingtheNashproductoptimalsolutionofthegametheory.Themulti-objectiveoptimizationmodelofthevoltagesaglinereconstructionisestablishedconsideringtheconstraintsoftheinterruptionfrequencyandtheeconomicconstraints.Thenon-dominatedsortinggeneticalgorithmII(NSGA-Ⅱ)isusedtosolvethemodelandobtaintheoptimalreconstructionscheme.TakingtheIEEE33-bussystemasanexample,consideringthetwoscenariosoftheallusersparticipatingandthesomeusersnotparticipatinginthereconstructionscheme,theeconomyandpracticabilityofthehigh-qualitypowersupplyservicemodeproposedinthispaperareverified.KEYWORDS:powerquality;voltagesag;highqualitypowersupply;linereconstr...
