中国国境卫生检疫杂志2023年2月第46卷第1期ChineseFrontierHealthQuarantineFeb.2023,Vol46,No.1国境口岸区域的辐射安全排查是保障公众安全的第一道屏障,其重要意义不言而喻。受限于检测设备的适用性,在海关入境口岸等特殊场所,工作人员很难进入散货船舱或上货物堆垛,更无法根据标准要求进行网格化布点监测;另外,工作人员无法事先判断货物是否放射性超标,难以寻找放射性“热点”;或者在处置核与辐射恐怖事件中,需要手持仪器近距离检测,无法保证工作人员不受到放射性照射,危及身体健康[1-3]。基于对工作人员的保护和工作流程的优化,利用地面车、机器人、无人机等载体的机动性和智能化,工作人员远程操作开展放射性检测,在保障人员安全的前提下提高工作效率,也是对固定式和手持式监测设备的有力补充[4-9]。本研究开发设计了口岸辐射远程巡检及处置系统,能够远程巡测放射性物质,并集成机械臂处置装置,完成对放射性物质的初DesignandtestofremoteradiationinspectionanddisposalsystematborderportsCHENYongxin*,TANGGuojin,LICijin,XIANYouqin,DENGHequan,WEIXingyu*FangchengCustoms,Fangchenggang,Guangxi538001,ChinaAbstract:ObjectiveTodeveloparemoteradiationinspectionanddisposalsystemforborderports,whichcancarryoutremotepatrolmeasurement,imagepositioning,remotedisposalandremotereportingofradioactivesubstances.MethodsAccordingtotherequirementsofintelligentradiationremotedisposalandpersonalsafetyprotection,themechanicalmobilechassis,radioactivematerialimagepositioningunit,nuclideidentificationunitandmechanicalgrabbingdevicewereintegrated.Thestaffcouldcontrolthegroundvehicletoapproachthemeasuredobjectremotely.Theenvironmentandcargoimages,visualradiationimagesandmonitoringdataweretransmittedtotheremotemonitoringunitthroughthewirelessmodule.Thestaffcouldviewthemeasurementprocessanddatainrealtime.Itcouldalsocaptureandtransfertheidentifiedradioactivesources.ResultsAftertesting,thesystemcouldeffectivelyimageandtrackradioactivesubstancesinrealtime.Theimagingtimewasbetween1-15s,theimagetrackingspeedreached4frames/s,theaccuracyofnuclideidentificationtestwas100%,andtheradioactivesourcecouldbepreliminarilydisposed.Conclus...
