临床医学研究与实践2023年3月第8卷第7期Effectsof89SrCl2onpainandtumormarkerslevelsinpatientswithadvancedbonemetastasisoflungcancerLIYang,NIZhengxi*(NuclearMedicineDepartment,BaojiCentralHospital,Baoji721008,China)ABSTRACT:ObjectiveToexploretheclinicaleffectof89SrCl2inthetreatmentofadvancedbonemetastasisoflungcancer.MethodsAtotalof116patientswithadvancedbonemetastasisoflungcanceradmittedinourhospitalfromFebruary2019toApril2021wereselectedastheresearchobjects,andthepatientsweredividedintocontrolgroup(57cases,routinechemotherapyprogram)andobservationgroup(59cases,routinechemotherapyprogram＋89SrCl2)accordingtodifferenttreatmentmethods.Thetherapeuticeffectsofthetwogroupswerecompared.ResultsAfter3coursesoftreatment,theNumericalRatingScale(NRS)scoreoftheobservationgroupwaslowerthanthatofthecontrolgroup,thepaingradingwasbetterthanthatofthecontrolgroup(P＜0.05).After1and3coursesoftreatment,thelevelsofcytokeratin19fragmentantigen21-1(CYFRA21-1),neuronspecificenolase(NSE)andcarcinoembryonicantigen(CEA)inthetwogroupswerelowerthanthosebeforetreatment,andthoseintheobservationgroupwerelowerthanthecontrolgroup(P＜0.05).After1and3coursesoftreatment,thebloodcalciumlevelinthetwogroupswaslowerthanthatbeforetreatment,andthatintheobservationgroupwaslowerthanthecontrolgroup(P＜0.05).After2and3coursesoftreatment,thediseaseimprovementrateoftheobservationgroupwashigherthanthatofcontrolgroup(P＜0.05).Conclusion89SrCl2forpatientswithadvancedbonemetastasesoflungcancercanreducetumormarkersandbloodcalciumlevels,andrelievepain.Itisworthyofclinicalpromotionandapplication.KEYWORDS:89SrCl2;lungcancer;bonemetastasis;tumormarker89SrCl2对肺癌晚期骨转移患者疼痛情况及肿瘤标志物水平的影响李杨，倪正熙*（宝鸡市中心医院核医学科，陕西宝鸡，721008）摘要：目的探讨89SrCl2治疗肺癌晚期骨转移患者的临床效果。方法选取2019年2月至2021年4月我院收治的116例肺癌晚期骨转移患者作为研究对象，根据治疗方法不同将其分为对照组（57例，常规化疗方案）和观察组（59例，常规化疗方案＋89SrCl2）。比较两组的治疗效果。结果治疗3个疗程后，观...
