中国国境卫生检疫杂志2023年2月第46卷第1期ChineseFrontierHealthQuarantineFeb.2023,Vol46,No.1InvestigationonthepollutionofaquaticproductsanditsprocessedproductsinCangzhou,2018-2020ZHANGRui,WUBinglun,BIHongjieCenterforDiseaseControlandPreventionofCangzhouCity,Cangzhou,Hebei061000,ChinaAbstract:ObjectiveTounderstandthepollutionofpathogenicmicroorganismsandchemicalpollutantsinaquaticproductsandtheirproductsinCangzhoucity,andtoprovidedataforfoodsafetyriskassessment.MethodsAtotalof1266aquaticproductsandtheirproductswerecollectedinCangzhou,amongthem,1144samplesweretestedforpathogenicmicroorganismsaccordingtonationalstandard,includingVibrioparahaemolyticus,Salmonella,Listeriamonocytogenes,Staphylococcusaureus,HepatitisAvirus,Norovius,ZarovirusandHepatitisEvirus.122samplesweretestedforchemicalcontaminantsrefertothenationalmanualforriskmonitoringoffoodpollutionandharmfulfactors,includingtotalarsenic,totalmercury,lead,andpot.ResultsThedetectionresultsof1266aquaticproductssamplesshowedthat,intermsofpathogenicmicroorganisms,thepositiverateofVibrioprarahaemolyticuswasthehighest(28.45%),followedbyListeramonocytogenes(4.00%),thepositiveratesofSalmonellaandStaphylococcusaureuswere3.03%and0.83%,respectively,noHepatitisAvirus,Norovirus,ZarovirusandHepatitisEviruswasdetectedpositive.Amongtheaquaticproductssampledatdifferentstages,thepositiverateofVibrioparahaemolyticusinthefarmproductmarketwasthehighest(68.09%).Restaurant(45.00%)wasthenext,andthepositiverateofsamplessoldinbreedingandsupermarketwaslower.Therewassignificantdifference(χ2=126.436,P<0.01).ThedetectionrateofVibrioparahaemolyticuswasthehighest(55.20%)inthesamplesofaquaticproductsinthethirdquarter,therewasnosignificantdifferenceinthedetectionrateofotherpathogenicmicroorganismsindifferentsamplingplacesandseasons.Totalarsenic,totalmercury,lead,cadmiumhadbeendetected,inwhichtotalarsenic,cadmiumexceededstandard,theexceedingratewere84.62%and22.73%.ConclusionTheaquaticproductsa...
