现代食品现代食品XIANDAISHIPIN7777/行业综述行业综述IndustryReviewdoi:10.16736/j.cnki.cn41-1434/ts.2022.24.020基于智慧港口发展背景下集团门机标准化管理模式的创新思路UndertheBackgroundofSmartPortDevelopmentInnovativeIdeasonStandardizedManagementModeofGroupPortalCrane◎卢茹利（连云港东粮码头有限公司，江苏连云港222002）LURuli(LianyungangDongliangWharfCo.,Ltd.,Lianyungang222002,China)摘要：目前，连云港港门机点检大部分仍依靠人力按流程粗犷式进行，管理台账停留在纸质层面，没有形成标准化、数据化，造成资源和人力的浪费，且不满足现代化设备管理环保、集约理念，已不符合港口智能化发展趋势。连云港东粮码头有限公司提出“标准化+云数据”管理模式，迈出了智慧港口向前发展的第一步，并在门机标准化管理方面先行先试，开展了门机标准化管理模式的创新，且该模式便于扩展至港口其他机械设备，长期坚持有利于建立集团内设备标准化管理数据库，为科学合理的设备管理、购置决策提供一定的参考和数据支持。关键词：智慧港口；门机；标准化+云数据；管理模式Abstract：Atpresent,mostofLianyungangportportalcranespotchecksarestillcarriedoutbymanpoweraccordingtotheroughprocess.Themanagementaccountsarestillatthepaperlevel,andthereisnostandardizationanddata.Thesuperpositionofthesetwomethodscausesawasteofresourcesandmanpower,anddoesnotmeettheenvironmentalprotectionandintensiveconceptofmodernequipmentmanagement.Dongliangcompanyputforwardthe“standardization+clouddata”managementmode,whichtookthefirststepforwardinthedevelopmentofsmartport.Italsotooktheleadinthestandardizationmanagementofportalcraneandcarriedouttheinnovationofportalcranestandardizationmanagementmode.Moreover,thismodecanbeeasilyextendedtoothermachineryandequipmentintheport,thelong-termadherenceisconducivetotheestablishmentofthegroup’sequipmentstandardizationmanagementdatabase,thepurchasedecisionprovidescertainreferenceanddatasupport.Keywords：smartport;portalcrane;standardization+clouddata;managementmode中图分类号：U653.921作者简介：卢茹利（1993—），男，硕士，工程师，研究方向为港口起重机械和散粮输送设备的故障诊断与安全性评价、散粮输送工艺设计。1当前港口门机标准化管...
