摘要:数字化和智能化的时代背景下,随着AI、大数据、云计算、物联网等技术的发展和应用,自控设备也逐步向智能化发展。自2012年以来,油气田公司持续开展数字化气田建设工作,新建场站数字化覆盖率逐步提高。但随着数字化建设的不断深入和推进,也出现了许多新情况、新问题。如早期建设的RTU对偏远现场的设备监测能力不足,需增加以太网扩展模块、HART采集器、物联网关等补充相关功能,加大了成本和集成难度;智能化程度低,仅满足数据采集和部分逻辑控制,不具备趋势分析、数据清洗等边缘计算能力;数据可靠性机制缺失,未引入掉电保护、数据缓存、重发等机制。提出了一种基于边缘计算的智能RTU系统,通过利用边缘计算、容器技术等智能技术,解决当前油气田RTU存在运维、安全、智能化方面的问题,实现远程部署、边缘计算。关键词:RTU;边缘计算;自控;智能化Abstract:Intheeraofdigitizationandintelligence,withthedevelopmentandapplicationoftechnologiessuchasAI,bigdata,cloudcomputing,andtheInternetofThings,automaticcontrolequipmentisgraduallydevelopingtowardsintelli-gence.Since2012,theoilandgasfieldcompanyhascontinuedtocarryoutdigitalgasfieldconstruction,andthedigitalcoveragerateofnewlybuiltstationshasgraduallyincreased.However,withthecontinuousdeepeningandadvancementofdigitalconstruction,manynewsituationsandnewproblemshavealsoemerged.Forexample,theRTUbuiltintheearlystagehasinsufficientmonitoringcapabilitiesforequipmentinremotesites.ItisnecessarytoaddsupplementaryfunctionssuchasEthernetexpansionmodules,HARTcollectors,andIoTgateways,whichincreasesthecostanddifficultyofintegra-tion;thedegreeofintelligenceislow,anditonlymeetsdataacquisitionrequirements.Itdoesnothaveedgecomputingcapabilitiessuchastrendanalysisanddatacleaning.Thedatareliabilitymechanismismissing,andmechanismssuchaspower-downprotection,datacaching,andretransmissionarenotintroduced.ThispaperproposesanintelligentRTUsystembasedonedgecomputing.Byusingintelligenttechnologiessuchasedgecomputingandcontainertechnology,itcansolvetheproblemsofoperationandmaintenance,securityandintelligenceofRTUincurrentoilandgasfields,andrealizere-motedeploymentandedgecomputing.Keywords:RTU,...
