基金项目:国防预研项目(编号:202105106)收稿日期:2022-09-02基于LabVIEW的光纤放线装置测控系统设计*任鹏远,马保吉(西安工业大学机电工程学院,西安710021)摘要:长距离高速光纤放线装置是光纤制导多用途飞行器地面模拟试验的重要部分,用于模拟飞行器在发射和飞行状态下光纤从线管上高速释放的状态。针对前几代放线系统复杂、效率低的问题,开发了一套基于虚拟仪器的放线测控系统。测控系统以Lab‐VIEW为开发平台,通过DMC运动控制卡以及DAQ系列数据采集系统,配合伺服电机和传感采集装置对放线系统进行测控,通过运动控制和数据采集算法设计,能够实现模拟光纤高速释放状态,同时对光纤动态状态进行监控测量。实验结果表明,所采集的轴向力在-10~+10N/m范围内,径向力在0~3N/m范围内,设计的传感装置均能满足,能够稳定实现相关设计功能,且整套系统人机交互性好、自动化程度高、可操作性强,对于制导光纤研究提供了相应的依据。关键词:光纤放线;运动控制;数据采集;虚拟仪器中图分类号:TP27文献标志码:A文章编号:1009-9492(2023)02-0195-06DesignofMeasurementandControlSystemforOpticalFiberPay-offDeviceBasedonLabVIEWRenPengyuan,MaBaoji(Xi´anTechnologicalUniversity,Xi´an710021,China)Abstract:Thelong-distancehigh-speedopticalfiberpay-offdeviceisanimportantpartofthegroundsimulationtestoftheopticalfiber-guidedmulti-purposeaircraft,whichisusedtosimulatethehigh-speedreleaseoftheopticalfiberfromthecabletubeinthelaunchandflightstateoftheaircraft.Aimingatthecomplexandlowefficiencyofpreviousgenerationsofpay-offsystems,asetofpay-offmeasurementandcontrolsystemsbasedonvirtualinstrumentswasdeveloped.ThemeasurementandcontrolsystemusedLabVIEWasthedevelopmentplatform,throughtheDMCmotioncontrolcardandtheDAQseriesdataacquisitionsystem,andcooperatedwiththeservomotorandthesensoracquisitiondevicetomeasureandcontrolthepay-offsystem.Monitoredandmeasuredthedynamicstateofopticalfiber.Theexperimentalresultsshowthatthecollectedaxialforceisintherangeof-10~+10N/m,andtheradialforceisintherangeof0~3N/m.Thewholesystemhasgoodman-machineinteraction,highdegreeofautomationandstrongoperability,whichprovidesrelevantbasisfortheresearchofguidedopticalfi...
