第48卷第3期Vol.48No.3FORGING&STAMPINGTECHNOLOGY2023年3月Mar.2023CuNi90/10铜合金高颈法兰精辗成形数值模拟与试验研究郑丛芳,杨青云,周铁柱,马俊普,郁炎(中国船舶集团有限公司第七二五研究所,河南洛阳471023)摘要:高颈法兰的颈部高度和底盘外径大,采用锻造后机加工的方法制作生产效率较低。为提高生产效率,通过对现有辗环工艺进行分析,借助有限元软件建立了高颈法兰精辗模型,并对典型规格的外径Φ159mm的高颈法兰轧制成形过程进行了仿真分析,研究了驱动辊转速、芯辊进给速度、毛坯形式对高颈法兰轧制成形过程的影响。结果表明:增加驱动辊转速与芯辊进给速度可以减少轧制缺陷,同时采用锥形内孔可以避免内孔产生蝶型缺陷。最终确定了法兰内孔形式为锥形内孔、驱动辊转速ω=5rad·s-1、芯辊径向进给速度V=3mm·s-1。最后设计配套模具进行试验验证,完成了典型规格高颈法兰的产品试制,验证了高颈法兰碾环成形工艺的可行性。关键词:铜合金;高颈法兰;辗环成形;驱动辊转速;进给速度;锥形内孔DOI:10.13330/j.issn.1000-3940.2023.03.018中图分类号:TG146.1文献标志码:A文章编号:1000-3940(2023)03-0132-07NumericalsimulationandteststudyonprecisionrollingofCuNi90/10copperalloyforhighneckflangeZhengCongfang,YangQingyun,ZhouTiezhu,MaJunpu,YuYan(LuoyangShipMaterialResearchInstitute,Luoyang471023,China)Abstract:Theneckheightandtheouterdiameterofchassisforhighneckflangearelarge,andtheproductionefficiencyislowbythemethodofmachiningafterforging.Therefore,inordertoimprovetheproductionefficiency,throughtheanalysisontheexistingringrollingprocess,theprecisionrollingmodelofthehighneckflangewasestablishedbyfiniteelementsoftware,andtherollingprocessofthehighneckflangewithantypicalspecificationoftheouterdiameterofΦ159mmwassimulatedandanalyzed.Then,theinfluencesofrotationspeedofdriveroller,feed-ingspeedofcorerollerandblankformsontherollingprocessofthehighneckflangewereinvestigated.Theresultsshowthatincreasingthero-tationspeedofdriverollerandthefeedingspeedofcorerollercandecreaserollingdefects,andtheuseoftaperedinnerholecanavoidbutterflydefectsintheinnerhole.Finally,theinnerholeformofflangeisdeterminedasataperedinnerhole,andtherotationspeedofdriverollerω=5rad·s-1andthe...
