第51卷第3期2023年2月广州化工GuangzhouChemicalIndustryVol.51No.3Mar.2023CoCr合金管材的带芯拉拔工艺研究∗张凯,金鹏飞,黄陈兵,陈庆福(江阴佩尔科技有限公司,江苏江阴214400)摘要:采用带芯拉拔成功制备了CoCr合金管材。采用不同拉拔工艺参数对CoCr合金管材进行加工,通过金相显微镜、拉伸试验机等分析手段对成品管的显微组织和力学性能进行了检测,分析了拉拔变形量对试样拉伸性能和显微组织的影响,并研究了拉拔速度对试样表面质量和壁厚的影响。结果表明:随着变形量增加,管材晶粒逐渐破碎,沿拉拔方向呈现纤维状,其抗拉强度增大,延伸率减小,变形量为15%时,管材屈服强度显著提升,随后趋于平缓,拉拔速度为90m/h,管材内外壁光滑,壁厚变化均匀,多道次拉拔可成功制备Φ1.8mm×0.1mm的CoCr合金细径薄壁管材。关键词:CoCr合金;带芯拉拔;变形量;拉拔速度中图分类号:O643.3文献标志码:A文章编号:1001-9677(2023)03-0073-03∗基金项目:国家重点研发计划生物医疗材料研发与组织器官修复替代重点专项(2020YFC1107200)。第一作者:张凯(1990-),男,硕士,研究方向为医用金属材料。DrawingProcessandMicrostructureAnalysisofCoCrAlloyTubeforCoronaryStents∗ZHANGKai,JINPeng-fei,HUANGChen-bing,CHENQing-fu(JiangyinPeierTechCo.,Ltd.,JiangsuJiangyin214400,China)Abstract:CoCralloytubesweresuccessfullyproducedbycoreddrawinginthisexperimentwiththetrialsofdifferentprocessingparameters.Boththemicrostructuresandmechanicalpropertiesofthetubesweretestedbymetallographicmicroscopes,electronictensiletesting,etc.Theinfluenceofdrawingdeformationanddrawingspeedonthetensilepropertiesandmicrostructuresofthetubeswasanalyzedandstudied.Withtheincreaseofdeformation,thegrainofthetubewasgraduallybrokenanddrawnintoafibrousshapeparalleltothedrawingdirection,thetensilestrengthofthetubesincreasedandtheelongationofthetubesdecreased.Whenthedeformationwas15%,theyieldstrengthofthetubeincreasedobviously,thentendedtobestable,whenthedrawingspeedwas90m/h,boththeinnersurfacesandoutersurfacesofthetubebecamesmooth,andthewallthicknesschangeduniformly.Itwasprovedthatthemulti-passdrawingcansuccessfullyproduceΦ1.8mm×0.1mmCoCralloytubes.Keywords:CoCralloy;coreddrawing;deformation;drawingspeed多年流行病调查表...
