82·中国CT和MRI杂志2023年02月第21卷第02期总第160期【第一作者】肖东健,男,副主任技师,主要研究方向:CT方面。E-mail:3514840153@qq.com【通讯作者】康江河,男,主任医师,主要研究方向:心胸影像诊断。E-mail:1363644560@qq.com论著ComparativeStudyofCTPost-ProcessingTechniquesinDisplayingAorticDissection*XIAODong-jian1,LINYu-lin2,YUEXin1,LIUDan-ni1,WANGSu-li1,GUOLu-xin1,CAIXiao-ping1,KANGJiang-he1,*.1.DepartmentofImaging,ZhongshanHospitalAffiliatedtoXiamenUniversity,Xiamen361004FujianProvince,China2.MagneticResonanceDepartment,ZhongshanHospitalAffiliatedtoXiamenUniversity,Xiamen361004,FujianProvince,ChinaABSTRACTObjectiveTostudydifferentpost-processingtechniquesforCTscanningonthedetectionrateofaorticdissectinganeurysm.MethodsFrom106patientswithaorticdissectionwithsuddenchestpainasthemaincomplaintwereselectedformulti-slicespiralCTangiography,maximumintenstityprojection(MIP),volumerendering(VR),multiplanarreconstruction(MPR),curvedplanarreconstruction(CPR),Surfacecoverimaging(SSD)wereusedforimagepost-processing.ResultsThefracturedetectionrateoforiginalhorizontalaxisimageswas37.7%,andMIP,CPR,MPR,VRandSSDwasrespectively0,46.2%,69.8%,65.1%and39.6%.Finally,97casescouldclearlyshowthebreak,andthedetectionrateofthebreakwas91.5%,while9patientsshowedpoorresultsduetothesizeoftherupture,aorticpulsationartifacts,orcompletethrombosisofthepseudocavity.ThedetectionrateofMPR,CPRandVRforfractureweresignificantlyhigherthanthatofSSDandMIP,andthecomparisonwerestatisticallysignificant(P<0.05).ThedetectionaccuracyofMPRandVRfortypeⅠandⅡwasrelativelybetter,whilethedetectionaccuracyofCPRandMPRfortypeⅢwasalsorelativelybetter.ConclusionCTscanningcombinedwithimagepost-processingtechnologyshowssignificantadvantagesanddisadvantages.Differentimagepost-processingtechnologieshavedifferentadvantagesanddisadvantages.Amongthem,MPRcanbeusedasthefirstchoiceforclinicaldiagnosisduetoitsstrongdisplayabilityandaccurateclassificationofinterlayerfractures,anditssimpleoperation.Keywords:RuptureofAorticDissectingAn...
