78航空制造技术·2023年第66卷第3期研究论文RESEARCHPVD涂层刀具铣削GH4169高温合金薄壁件性能对比于忠光,浦荣,韩占龙,于浩南,陈章燕(国宏工具系统(无锡)股份有限公司,无锡214101)[摘要]为解决高温合金薄壁件加工时颤振大和磨损大的问题,研究了不同成分体系涂层对铣削刀具的影响。采用电弧离子镀的方法在硬质合金刀具表面沉积了AlTiN/TiAlN、AlCrN/TiAlN和TiSiN/TiAlN3种双层涂层。采用扫描电子显微镜、纳米压痕仪与微米划痕仪表征了3种涂层的表面形貌与力学性能,在高性能铣床进行了涂层刀具的铣削试验,采集了刀具后刀面磨损照片与对应切削力,分析了不同涂层在铣削时的性能表现。研究表明,TiSiN/TiAlN涂层具有最高的硬度与耐磨因子,在铣削24m后,后刀面磨损最小,但涂层表层易与高温合金发生黏结;AlCrN/TiAlN涂层硬度与耐磨因子稍低,铣削24m后,刀具接近失效,但与高温合金黏结并不严重;AlTiN/TiAlN涂层硬度与耐磨因子最小,铣削后磨损最严重,铣削12m时刀具已经失效,但涂层与高温合金黏结最为轻微。因此,使用硬度与耐磨因子较大的涂层能够有效减小刀具铣削高温合金时的磨损,进而提高刀具寿命。关键词:高温合金;铣削;涂层;磨损;切削力;薄壁件PerformanceComparisonofPVDCoatedCuttingToolsinMillingofGH4169SuperalloyThin-WalledWorkpieceYUZhongguang,PURong,HANZhanlong,YUHaonan,CHENZhangyan(GuohongToolsSystem(Wuxi)Co.,Ltd.,Wuxi214101,China)[ABSTRACT]Tosolvetheproblemofhighvibrationandseverewearwhenmillingsuperalloythin-walledworkpiece,theinfluenceofdifferentcoatingsystemsonmillingtoolswasstudied.AlTiN/TiAlN,AlCrN/TiAlNandTiSiN/TiAlNdouble-layercoatingsweredepositedonthecarbidetoolsbyarcionplating.Themorphologyandmechanicalpropertiesofthreecoatingswerecharacterizedbyscanningelectronmicroscope,nanoindentationinstrumentandmicronscratchinstrument.Millingtestsofcoatedtoolswerecarriedoutonahigh-performancemillingmachine.Thetoolwearconditionandcuttingforceswerecollected,andtheperformanceofdifferentcoatingsduringmillingwasanalyzed.TheresultsshowthatTiSiN/TiAlNcoatinghasthehighesthardnessandwearresistancefactor,andthewearofflanksurfaceisthesmallestafter24mofmilling,butthecoatingiseasytobondwiththesuperalloy.ComparedwithTiSiN/TiAlN,thehardne...
