合成材料老化与应用2023年第52卷第1期89不同粗骨料对高强混凝土力学及收缩性能影响研究杨鹏辉(河南交投商罗高速公路有限公司,河南郑州450000)摘要:为研究不同粗骨料种类对高强混凝土性能的影响,选用石灰石、玄武岩、卵石及大理岩4种同级配碎石,针对不同种类粗骨料的高强混凝土的工作性能、抗压强度、抗拉强度及收缩性能进行对比分析。结果表明,卵石作为粗骨料更有助于提升高强混凝土的工作性能,玄武岩碎石和大理岩碎石作为粗骨料有助于增强混凝土的抗压强度,石灰石作为粗骨料更有助于增强混凝土的抗拉强度,石灰石碎石和玄武岩碎石作为粗骨料对于高强混凝土的收缩性能改善效果较优。因此,在制备高强混凝土时可根据使用需求选择适宜的粗骨料种类,该文结论可为不同粗骨料在高强混凝土中的应用提供一定参考。关键词:高强混凝土;粗骨料;工作性能;力学性能中图分类号:TU528StudyontheInfluenceofDifferentCoarseAggregateontheMechanicsandShrinkagePropertiesofHigh-strengthConcreteYANGPeng-hui(HenanTransportInvestmentShangluoExpresswayCo.,Ltd.,Zhengzhou450000,Henan,China)Abstract:Inordertostudytheinfluenceofdifferenttypesofcoarseaggregateontheperformanceofhigh-strengthconcrete,fourkindsofcrushedstoneswiththesamegradeoflimestone,basalt,pebbleandmarbleareselected.Theworkingperformance,compressivestrength,tensilestrengthandshrinkageofhigh-strengthconcretewithdifferenttypesofcoarseaggregatearecomparedandanalyzed.Theresultsshowthatascoarseaggregate,pebblearemorehelpfultoimprovetheworkingperformanceofhigh-strengthconcrete.Basaltcrushedstoneandmarblecrushedstoneascoarseaggregatehelptoenhancethecompressivestrengthofconcrete,limestoneismoreconducivetoenhancethetensilestrengthofconcrete,limestonecrushedstoneandbasaltcrushedstonehavebettereffectonimprovingtheshrinkageperformanceofhigh-strengthconcrete.Therefore,whenpreparinghigh-strengthconcrete,wecanchoosetheappropriatetypeofcoarseaggregateaccordingtotheusedemand.Theconclusioncanprovideacertainreferencefortheapplicationofdifferentcoarseaggregatesinhigh-strengthconcrete.Keywords:high-strengthconcrete;coarseaggregate;workingperformance;mechanicalproperty高强混凝土是一种由胶凝材料将集...
