摘 要
自从有了“智慧地球”这一概念,智慧城市、智慧旅游的相继提出,再到现在智慧酒店的兴起,离不开科技不断发展背景下智慧化化进程的发展。智慧酒店是酒店业结合科技信息技术的产物,也是酒店业未来的发展趋势。早在 2009 年,杭州黄龙饭店就与IBM 公司合作打造了国内第一家智慧酒店。尽管如此,智慧酒店的发展仍然处于初级阶段,业界和各地区对智慧酒店的建设还没有规定统一明确的标准。由于商业模式、所处区域、面对的客户群体以及管理模式的不同,所以打造的智慧酒店构建路径也不尽相同。但是酒店的建设以及酒店提供的产品最终目的都是为消费者服务,最终核心思想一定是以消费者的需求为导向,目的是增强客户粘性,实现酒店利益最大化,最终实现转型升级。在酒店业智慧化发展进程中, 最有效的手段就是改变传统意义上的酒店业竞争方式和经营管理模式, 在经营过程中大规模应用先进的信息技术, 不断创新, 进而赢得新的竞争优势。本文以哈尔滨永泰喜来登酒店为例, 举出该酒店在智能化建设方面的一些创新举措, 分析智慧化化酒店建设存在的问题, 提出相关的解决方法。

ABSTRACT
From the concept of "smart earth" proposed, the construction of smart cities, the development of smart tourism and the rise of smart hotels, the development of intelligent process cannot be separated from the progress of The Times. Smart hotel is the combination of the hotel industry and technology information technology, but also the future trend of the hotel industry development. There are precedents for the construction of smart hotels in China. As early as 2009, hangzhou huanglong hotel cooperated with IBM to build the first smart hotel in China. In spite of this, the current situation that the development of smart hotels is still in the initial stage cannot be changed. The industry has not yet formed a unified and clear standard for the construction of smart hotels.Due to the differences in business model, region, customer group and management model, the construction path of building smart hotel is not exactly the same. However, the construction of the hotel and the products provided by the hotel are ultimately for the service of consumers, and the ultimate core thinking must be oriented by the needs of consumers. The purpose is to enhance customer loyalty, help the hotel to maximize the benefits, and finally realize the transformation and upgrading. In the process of intelligent development of the hotel industry, the most effective means is to change the traditional sense of the hotel industry competition mode and management mode, in the operation process of large-scale application of advanced information technology, continuous innovation, and then win new competitive advantages.
