司法局工作总结及工作安排 　 司法局工作总结及工作安排 　司法局2023年工作总结及22023年工作安排 　2023x年以来，永清县司法局紧紧紧围绕县委、县政府的安排排部署会议和省、市司法行政政工作会议精神，进一步解放放思想、转变作风、开拓创新新、争创一流，积极履行好法法制宣传、法律保障、法律服效劳等职能作用，为推进我县县依法治县进程和创立“平安安永清〞发挥了积极作用。经经过一年多的努力，司法局软软硬环境变化很大，受到了各各级领导的重视和人民群众的的好评，据不完全统计，200xx年初至今司法局有255个股室处所和39名个人受受到国家、省、市县级表彰。。司法局2023荣获省司法法厅、人事厅授予“先进司法法局〞，并记“集体二等功〞〞一次。被市文明委授予“文文明单位〞称号，被市司法局局授予“优秀司法局〞司法局局领导班子获得县委县政府授授予的“政绩突出领导班子〞〞称号，辛务、一堡两个村街街被省评为我市仅有的两个民民主法制示范村。今年法律服效劳行业至今未出现一例错案案、错证，受到了市局好评，，法律援助收到当事人锦旗99面，开创了永清县司法局执执法为民的新篇章。 　一、积积极参与社会治安综合治理，，为维护社会稳定效劳 　普法法依法治理工作开展情况。一一是与县委组织部联合，在永永清县委党校对新提任的700多名副科级领导干部进行了了法律知识培训。讲授了行行政处分法、国家赔偿法法等相关内容。通过讲座的的举办，增强了新任干部的法法律素质，对提高我县的依法法行政工作水平起到了很好的的作用。二是为了检验“四五五〞普法学习的效果，5月114日、15日组织全县副科科级以上领导干部进行了法律律知识考试。共有539人参参加考试，及格率到达1000。此次法律知识考试是按照照我县“四五〞普法规划的要要求组织的，内容涉及邓小平平理论与依法治国根本理论，，行政法、刑法、民法、国家家赔偿法等规划规定的内容。。三是开展形式多样的法制教教育活动。举办在校学生法制制宣讲活动30场次，同违法法违纪青少年谈心80人次。。和公、检、法、教育体育局联合合举办了青少年争做遵纪守法法小公民演讲比赛，受教育学学生达40000余人次。四四是“五一〞假期到来之前组组织律师、法律工作者、有实实践经验的基层干警组成校园园普法宣讲团，从4月11日日开始，深入全县各学校开展展了为期两周的校园法制宣传传教育活动。共组织宣讲455场，受教育师生达3万余人人；暑假之前，与公检法部门门联合，由司法局牵头，深入入全县县直和乡镇中小学讲法法制课，县直共举方法制讲座座24场次，司法所在乡镇举举办讲座56场次，从而使全全县37000名中小学生受受到了法制教育，收到了很好好的效果。五、认真准备“四四五〞普法验收工作。今年是是“四五〞普法验收年，为了了搞好此项工作，我局组织专专门人员对全县各乡镇和县直直各部门普法验收准备工作进进行了普查，在普查的根底上上明确重点修正缺乏。使我县县在9月14日的普法验收中中受到了市普法办领导的好评评。 　基层根底工作取得新成成绩。一是下大力狠抓乡村两两级调委会的上档升级，现在在全县14个乡镇386个村村街调委会人民调解员证、徽徽章、胸卡等实现了统一，在在全市率先也是唯一完成了市市局下达的三年工作任务的县县级司法局，到达了乡村调委委会的标准化。二是县乡两级级司法行政机关围绕春节、全全国“两会〞、五一节、5118经贸洽谈会等重点时期，，广泛开展“拉网式〞矛盾纠纠纷排查调处活动7次，通过过深入细致排查，妥善化解矛矛盾纠纷，共排查出各类矛盾盾纠纷279件，其中婚姻纠纠纷41件、继承纠纷25件件、赡养抚养纠纷39件、邻邻里纠纷33件、房屋宅基地地纠纷54件、债务纠纷266件、生产经营纠纷13件、、损害赔偿22件、其他纠纷纷26件。成功化解279件件。另外防止民转刑案件1件件，劝阻群众上访2件12人人次。所有案件和纠纷的成功功化解有效维护了我县社会的的稳定。今年刘街、曹家务、、别古庄、韩村司法所在市局局的检查验收中，被命名为““全市示范司法所〞。永清县县司法局提出的调解工作“十十心十法〞受到司法部省司法法厅的高度重视，并在全国范范围内推广。三是在去年利用用国债资金新建韩村、别古庄庄两个司法所的根底上，今年年又申报6个司法所争取国债债资金33万元，5月份在省省厅和市局的检查验收中，受受到了两级领导的一致好评。。四是狠抓了“包教育、包管管理、包转化〞为主要内容的的刑释解教人员安置帮教工作作，对全县2023年以来的的刑释解教人员进行摸底排查查，排查出的50名刑释人员员逐人落实了帮教措施，并将将其个人信息全部登记造册，，录入微机，做到情况清，底底数明。 　二、拓展法律效劳务领域，为全县小康建设效劳务 　紧紧围绕全县“两个率先先〞奋斗目标，深化法律效劳务改革，拓展法律效劳领域，，狠抓效劳质量和效劳水平的的提升。律师工作继续推行永清县律师违纪违规记分办方法，以律师事务所标准建建设年活动为契机,强化对律律师队伍的日常管理。全县所所有律师事务所和法律效劳所所全部建立了诚信档案，今年年以来全县律师和法律工作者者共办理各类案件85件，其其中民事代理60件，刑 　education on Party members'advancement activities and enhance awareness of the Communist Youth League education achievements, and vigorously promote the construction of civilization advanced units, units and staff home building activities, balanced, focused, pragmatic, innovation, high standard, high quality, high level, high efficiency to complete various tasks throughout the year.First, pay close attention to research information, efforts to improve decision-making servicesIn accordance with the information reflect the information, promote the work of information leading work requirements, adhere to grasp the team construction, mechanism construction and quantitative assessment, give full play to the assistant role of leadership, actively promote the innovation of research information development, and vigorously promote the research work of information to mention upgrading, efforts to improve the ability and level of decision-making.(a) adhere to the decision in the first place.
