i高管性别、风险承担与企业价值的实证研究【摘要】本文通过对国内外文献的综述，概括总结了高管性别、风险承担与企业价值的相关概念及关系，随后选取了2007—2016沪深A股上市公司的数据作为样本，对其进行了描述性统计分析、相关性分析、线性回归分析和稳健性检验，最终得出结论：企业风险承担与公司价值呈负相关关系，同时高管性别对于风险承担与公司价值间的关系具有调节作用，女性高管可以调节企业的风险承担，提升公司价值。并基于研究结论，提出了增加女性高管的建议，对于公司稳健经营，提升企业价值有实际意义。【关键词】高管性别；企业风险承担；企业价值iiAnEmpiricalAnalysisonExecutiveGender,Risk-TakingandCorporateValueAbstract：Thisarticlesummarizesrelevantconceptsandrelationshipsofexecutives'gender,riskcommitmentandcorporatevaluethroughreviewofdomesticandforeignliterature.Then,thedataof2007-2016Shanghai-ShenzhenA-sharelistedcompanieswasselectedasasample.Statisticalanalysis,correlationanalysis,linearregressionanalysis,androbustnesstestfinallyreachedtheconclusionthattherewasanegativecorrelationbetweencorporaterisktakingandcompanyvalue,andthatthegenderofseniorexecutiveshadaregulatingeffectontherelationshipbetweenrisktakingandcompanyvalue.Themanagementcanadjustthecompany'sriskexposureandenhancethecompany'svalue.Basedontheresearchconclusions,theproposaltoincreasethenumberofwomenexecutivesisproposed,whichisofpracticalsignificancetothecompany'ssteadyoperationandthepromotionofcorporatevalue.Keywords：executivegendercorporaterisk-takingcorporatevaluation1引言公司价值和风险的研究一直受到重视，以往的研究者们经常会以公司的治理结构、重要事项、高管个人特征等方面作为切入点，以此来阐述企业价值和风险的变动。而在之前的研究中，高管个人特征一般都是从年龄、学历、职业素养等方面入手，性别因素则相对引入较少，虽然目前女性高管较少被当作一个群体来研究，但不可否认的是，伴随着当代社会政治经济的发展，女性在各行各业发挥的作用日益显著，女性这一人群对各方面的影响程度都在不断加深，我们有理由相信，女性高管这一群体今后会出现在越来越多和越来越深入的研究当中。尽管各个领域中杰出女性不断涌现，中国女性在高级管理层当中的比例依然远远不及...
