epsilon()indicates an editorial change since the last revision or reapproval.1.Scope*1.1 This specification covers thermoplastic chlorinatedpolyethylene(CPE)compounds suitable for use as an outercovering or jacket on electrical cables.1.2 These jacket materials are suitable for use on cableswhich will be installed at temperatures above 35 C.1.3 The values stated in inch-pound units are regarded asstandard.The values given in parentheses are mathematicalconversions to SI units that are provided for information onlyand are not considered standard.1.4 This international standard was
