摘 要 在现在经济开展时代，信息传播非常快，但是对于新闻等报道的快捷也在一定程度上影响了文章内容的深度。刚进入大学的学生还没有形成一种良好的社会价值观，所有在对信息接受的过程中会优先接受那些最早的信息，也就是说没有一种良好的分析能力，当面对一些事情的时候就会显得非常偏激，容易冲动。在现在的媒体环境中，每个人都可以随时随地的进行信息的传播，各种不同的观点和想法都会应用而生，当大学生接收到这样杂乱无章信息的时候就会严重的影响他们的人生观和价值观。由于网络是一种虚拟的空间，那么学生在发泄自己情绪的时候就更加的肆无忌惮，有可能出现诋毁甚至违法乱纪的事情，影响非常恶劣。而这样的媒体时代也会反过来影响到青少年，使其在网上接收不好的信息，影响正确人生观。新媒体时代无论是信息量还是信息的质量都呈现不同的而开展趋势，而且多种观点、多种价值观竞相碰撞，这就要求作为迈入大学的人生导师辅导员要正确的把握学生的思想观念，引导其形成正确的人生观。 现在网络的迅速开展已经是的传统媒体向着网络化以及数字换开展，新媒体称为了时代的主流。在现在的大背景下，高校学生的思想一定会受到各种新闻消息的冲击和影响。作为最底层的教育工作者，辅导员老师一定要跟紧时代开展步伐，在新媒体时代开展过程中努力提高自身的修养，从而利用正确的方法来引导大学生正确使用媒体信息，从而可以有效的提高政治思想工作。在网络利用上，辅导员应该将网络与学生工作进行有效结合，不但可以利用网络的优势来了解学生的思想变情况，同时还可以利用网络来降低自己的工作量，并保证思想教育的质量。 本文主要研究的就是在现在的网络环境中，辅导员如何利用网络媒体来提高对学生的教育工作，并希望在现在的环境中可以将传统的管理方法和现代媒体进行有效结合，从而形成一种创新性的教育模式。同时在本文中规定了网络媒体的根本定义，并且分析了在现在的管理过程中利用网络教育取得的成绩以及后续需要改进的地方，根据这些缺乏提出了相关的改进方法。最后，提出了想要到达良好的教育目的，一定要将传统方法和新媒体技术有效结合，充分吸收两者之间的优势从而到达更好的教育效果。 关键词：网络媒体；思想政治教育；辅导员 Abstract In the new media era, information dissemination is instant and extensive.
