According to the \"national fitness program\" and \"the central committee of the communist party of China under the state council on strengthening youth sports to enhance teenagers' opinions\" of spirit, with an emphasis on youth object enriched the contents of the primary and middle school students of art activities and provide them with high quality good art education resources, and create a good environment for campus culture life, guide the students to participate in various forms, rich and colorful extracurricular sports activities, to promote the healthy growth of young students and harmonious development. No matter from art education or physical education ways the contents and forms of aerobics is one of the quality education is an important reflected form. Schools of aerobics was deeply loved by the students, which is beneficial to the physical and mental development of middle school students, also conforms to the middle school sports teaching under the new curriculum reform of the curriculum development and restructuring. So in high school aerobics is complied with the trend of teaching reform. Aerobics quickly into the middle school sports class now under active also brings some disadvantages, so the need for high school aerobics course of analysis and research of the situation. This article through the literature material law, questionnaire survey method, mathematical statistics method, interview method and so on many kinds of research methods to the nanchang middle school aerobics teaching has carried on the comprehensive investigation of situation, and the survey results on the comprehensive analysis and research. To middle school sports aerobics teaching requirements as the background, to nanchang middle school aerobics teaching present situation and development countermeasures for further research and provide effective reference for nanchang middle school aerobics teaching development. Research conclusions: 1. Aerobics teachers strength is weak, the sports teachers lack in aerobics teaching ability, a serious shortage of professional aerobics teachers, restricted the development of the aerobics teaching in nanchang middle school; 2. Aerobics as the teaching of physical education curriculum content in nanchang city of nanchang, most middle school has been pushing but a lack of unified the scientific aerobics teaching materials, teaching content selection of mixed and disorderly, mainly based on practical give priority to, the lack of continuity and systemic; The organization form of aerobics is a single, venues and equipment facilities is poorer, extracurricular activities and games are also very few. 3. Some schools to the attention of the sports work degree is not high, especially for physical education and extracurricular sports activities support, lack of enthusiasm for the development of the new curriculum physical education teachers, school leaders and teachers also do not take the aerobics teaching. 4. Most of the students to aerobics movement or lack of knowledge and understanding, to recognize value of aerobics exercise.
