高压电机电器实验自动化测试系统研究 摘要 随着电机技术的发展,高压感应电机的输出功率和电压等级越来越高,为确保产品质量,电机都需要进行型式试验和出厂试验。因此研制一套高准确度、高自动化程度的高压感应电机的自动测试系统,对提高生产效率、减轻工作强度和提高产品质量都有重大的现实意义。 本文主要来自工程现实应用,重点对高压电气系统里面的高压电机以及电气开展测试,构建合适的模型,然后开展一系列的自主检测,另外也对试验资料进行严密的探究,进而为高压电气系统的功能提升奠定基础。 在本文分析的时候,在试验过程中使用的工控上位机、PLC可编程序控制器是下位机,在确保上述仪器顺利运作的基础上,继续保证上述仪器达到高压电机全面型式试验空载、堵转、温升、负载等各项活动达到既定标准。在现实检测的时候,所牵扯到的试验系统标准对试验仪器的选择有很高的标准以及规则。不仅详细的分析测试仪器是否满足精度标准,另外还分析其是否可以很好的保证测量仪表完成最初原始资料的筹集以及资料存储功能。在现实高压电气检测的时候,要严格参考高压电气系统的有关理论和数值分析模式,根据高压电气试验的特征构建合适的数学模型,另外对模型开展严格的数据拟合以及探究。本课题最本质的分析以及重点是为高压电气系统测试准备安全可靠的资料筹集、探究的完善的检测体系。另外为高压电气系统应用公司准备合适的高压电气系统试验模式以及模型。最后确保高压电气系统应用公司在应用的时候可以更加的便利,减少应用过程中造成的能源损耗等。系统大大提高了电机试验的测量精度和数据处理的准确性,减少了试验劳动强度和试验时间,特别是根据试验数据作某些分析时,大大地降低了人为因素对结果的影响,真正实现了计算机自动测试,数据处理和曲线绘制,并能自动生成试验报告。 在这个时候,根据高压电气体系运作规则,对高压电机商品的出厂试验项目和高压电气试验中容易出现问题的高压电气的出厂合格检测问题开展深入的探究以及分析,另外对在相同规格样机电气性能型式试验的前提上对出厂合格区限值修订等难题进行相应的分析。在开展实际检测的时候,为了进一步确保试验成果的正确性以及可靠性,一般都会依靠高压电气行业的学者进行评价。之后构建评估指标模型,为最后试验成果的评估提奠定坚实的基础。 关键词:高压电机;电气试验;自动化测试;系统研究;分析 Abstract With the development of the motor technology, high voltage induction motor output power and voltage level is more and more high, to ensure the quality of products, the need for motor type test and factory test. When the reality of high voltage electrical detection to strictly, high-voltage electrical system reference the theory and numerical analysis model, according to the characteristics of high voltage electrical test to construct appropriate mathematical model, in addition to carry out data fitting strictly on the model and explore the essence of this topic. The focus is to analysis and test of high voltage electrical system for safe and reliable information Raise, explore a sound detection system. In addition to the appropriate test mode for high voltage electrical system and model for high-voltage electrical system of App Co. After constructing evaluation index model, evaluation for the final test results provided to lay a solid foundation.
