基于园艺疗法理念的苏北地区中医院景观规划设计策略研究 Research on Landscape Planning and Design Strategy of Traditional Chinese Medicine Hospital in Northern Jiangsu Based on Horticultural Therapy 摘 要 随着景观规划设计研究发展的日趋成熟，景观规划设计的重点已经从对景观设计品质的追求转向对设计理念与文化的追求。园艺疗法是一种通过从事与植物相关活动而恢复人体机能的自然式疗法，因其自然健康的方式而备受推崇。目前国外园艺疗法的研究发展已趋于成熟，国内的研究相较国外来说相对滞后，应用于景观设计当中的实例相对较少。 本文以苏北地区的中医院景观规划设计为研究对象，以园艺疗法作为设计理念，加入中医阴阳五行理念为具体的设计指导，从设计概念、设计方法、设计内容各个方面针对苏北地区的中医院提出了景观规划设计策略，重点研究了以下几个问题： 通过对园艺疗法的应用实例研究，对园艺疗法的设计理念与方法进行了分析总结归纳。基于国内外现有的案例的搜集整理分析，总结出了园艺疗法的操作方法和手段。 通过文献资料和实地调研对苏北地区的景观植物进行了梳理归纳分类，整理出了适宜苏北地区的景观植物的种类、数量、内容，并根据园艺疗法的精神，整理出了苏北地区适宜园艺疗法的景观植物。 本文以景观设计的形式植入了中医理论的元素。基于中医阴阳五行理论对植物和病症进行分类，并以此理念来进行景观规划设计。 对苏北地区中医院景观进行了调研，归纳出几种类型 针对不同类型中医院案例提出代表性方案和策略。 意义：理念结合提出策略指导未来设计。 该论文有图98幅，表35个，参考文献123篇。 关键词：景观规划设计；园艺疗法；苏北地区；中医院 Abstract（改） With the development of landscape planning and design, the focus of landscape planning and design has shifted from pursuing the quality of landscape design to pursuing the design concept and culture. Horticultural therapy is a kind of natural therapy which restores human body function by engaging in activities related to horticulture. It is highly praised for its natural healthy way. At present, the research and development of horticultural therapy abroad has become mature, and there are many specific implementation cases. Compared with foreign countries, domestic research lags behind slightly, and there are relatively few examples applied in landscape design. Based on the above background, this paper takes landscape planning and design of traditional Chinese medicine hospitals in northern Jiangsu as research carrier, horticultural therapy as design concept, and Yin-Yang and Five Elements of traditional Chinese medicine as specific design guidance, and carries out targeted landscape planning and design for traditional Chinese medicine hospitals in northern Jiangsu, which is different from general landscape planning and design in terms of design concept, design method and design content. In this paper, we focus on the following issues and have achieved useful research results: Through the case study of horticultural therapy, the application means of horticultural therapy were analyzed and summarized. Through collecting and sorting out a large number of existing cases at home and abroad, this paper summarizes some practical methods and means of horticultural therapy for hospitals, including the types of diseases, the horticultural activities for patients and the cycle of horticultural activities. Through literature and field research, the landscape plants in northern Jiangsu were sorted out and classified, and the species, quantity and content of landscape plants suitable for Northern Jiangsu were sorted out. According to the spirit of horticultural therapy, the landscape plants suitable for horticultural therapy in northern Jiangsu were sorted out, which has reference value for the understanding of landscape plants in northern Jiangsu. In this paper, the elements of traditional Chinese medicine theory are implanted in the form of landscape design. By consulting a large number of materials of TCM discipline, we understand the content and significance of the theory of Yin-Yang and Five Elements in TCM. The theory of Yin-Yang and Five Elements is classified as the classification method of plant and disease, and as the guiding principle of planning and design and the guiding principle of detailed design. Putting the theory of Yin-Yang and Five Elements throughout the design is not only an innovation of landscape planning and design, but also a promotion of the development of traditional Chinese medicine culture. Through the landscape planning and design of traditional Chinese medicine hospital, the theory of traditional Chinese medicine and Western medicine has been integrated. The idea of horticultural therapy in the West and the idea of Yin-Yang and Five Elements in China are integrated with landscape design. Through the research, we found the similarities between Chinese and Western concepts. Both horticultural therapy and Yin-Yang theory of traditional Chinese medicine emphasize on the treatment of chronic diseases in a natural and healthy way, and they are more focused on psychological therapy. This paper hopes that through the academic achievements of the research, it can provide a little reference for the scholars who are engaged in related research in the future.
