扎根沃土　奉献青春 　 扎根沃土　奉献青春 　 扎根沃土　奉献青春 　 记浚县黎阳镇西长村“大学生村官〞王海潮 　 王海潮，浚县XX年社会公选的第一批“大学生村官〞，现任黎阳镇西长村村委主任助理。两年来，他一心一意传技术、默默无闻富乡邻，树立了当代大学生村干部的良好形象。 　 1993年，王海潮北京农业大学毕业后，被分配到内蒙古北农大集团内蒙柯宏饲料产业公司工作，1994年，被共青团内蒙古区委评为“十大杰出青年企业家〞。1995年春节刚过，本村局部养殖户由于养殖技术和防疫措施不当，所养的鸡半天时间死伤过半，给他们家庭带来了沉重的经济负担。这件事在他的心里久久不能平息，他决心回乡创业，带着群众共同致富。1997年，他创办了浚县伟业饲料公司、浚县新世纪高科技农业示范园等企业，积极为群众传播新的致富技术，推广好的致富项目。几年中，周边4个乡镇、20多个行政村的4000多户群众，在他的影响和带着下走上了富裕之路。他先后荣获“河南省优秀青年企业家〞、“河南省杰出星火带头人标兵〞、“滤布河南省十大杰出青年〞、“全国农村青年创业致富带头人〞、“全国星火带头人〞等荣誉称号，受到国务院总理温家宝和原省委书记李克强等领导的亲切接见。为更好地发挥作用，找到实现自我价值的平台，XX年，王海潮参加了“大学生村官〞公开选拔考试，并被黎阳镇党委、政府任命为西长村村委会主任助理。 　 当了村官后，王海潮把致富带富群众作为自己的首要任务。XX年秋季，他看到鸡腿菇不但营养丰富，而且市场前景广、经济效益高。为推广这一项目，他把价值10万元的7个温室让给了7名下岗职工，并手把手地教他们技术。一年下来，几家净收入最少的也在1万元以上，洗煤滤布极大地激发了群众的致富积极性，今年初，全村仅新增加的温室大棚就有80多个。为引导群众种植经济效益好的反季节蔬菜和高、精高效作物，他自费买来影碟机、科教片反复播放，不厌其烦地做示范，还利用自己与农大、农科院等农业科技部门的关系，邀请专家、教授为群众免费举办技术培训。两年中，共举办各类种植、养殖技术培训班12期，培训人员2300余人次。为转变局部村民信经验、不信科学的思想观念，他屡次到群众家中讲解、到田间地头指导。对种植户陈开喜和养殖户周好国，他坚持做了5个月的义务技术指导，使陈开喜的食用菌一棚赢利11000元，周好国一年净收入达万元。 　 王海潮坚持不懈的努力，得到了全村群众的认可，XX年大年初一，种植户单波军夫妇来到园区用古老的方式给王海潮拜年，并送来369个鸡蛋，以表达他们夫妇对王海潮的感谢和祝福……。近年来，王海潮所培训和帮助的群众已经有200多人在种植、养殖方面形成规模，有50多人成为星火带头人。 　 王海潮坚持把群众利益放在第一位，他认为群众之事无小事，百姓利益大如天。为找到解决基层矛盾和问题的有效方法，他常常向老干部、老党员学习，向普通群众请教。坚持每周1-2天深入普通百姓家，帮助群众解决矛盾和问题。村内王、李两家族因祖辈结下矛盾，几十年互不来往，遇事互相拆台。为化解这一矛盾，王海潮分别找两家有威望的老人谈思想、做工作。经过1个多月20余次反复说和，最后，王海潮把两家的长辈老人叫到了一起，使几十年结下的矛盾得到化解。今年春季，本村下岗职工牛振英找到王海潮，想搞种植，但既没有技术，又缺乏资金。王海潮让她先到示范园进行2个月的技术学习，又拿出8000元现金，在自己的园区内为她建温室，预计年底收入可到达2万元。西长村有三位青年农民想到城区搞农资经营，王海潮就帮助他们找门面、办执照、联系货源、谋化经营。现在三青年已在城区开了第二个分店。两年中，王海潮共帮助群众23户，提供资金10万多元。 　 王海潮以自己的真心诚心，赢得了群众的信任。现在很多群众有了困难，有了问题，都会找王海潮帮助解决，帮助谋划。现在，他和其他“大学生村官〞一样正在谋化着农村的经济开展及社会的和谐进步。 　awareness and service level of the office of cadres and workers.
