摘 要
随着社会的进步,在我们生活的各个领域中,人与人之间的交往显得尤为重要。合作是幼儿未来开展和立足社会的重要因素。幼儿园教育指导纲要(试行)指出:引导幼儿参与各种集体活动,可帮助幼儿养成正确认识自己与他人初步交往的技能。幼儿期是幼儿社会性形成和开展的关键时期,5-6岁是幼儿合作能力开展的重要时期,因此,在这一阶段培养幼儿的合作能力至关重要,并且合作能力将影响幼儿一生的开展。这一时期,教师、家长应适时适宜地对幼儿进行合作教育,让幼儿掌握简单的合作技能;创设平台,为幼儿提供合作的时机;家园同盟,共同培养幼儿的合作能力,为幼儿的一生开展奠定坚实的根底。
当前幼儿合作能力的养成教育中存在着许多问题。“学会交往〞、“学会合作〞是时代赋予人的最根本的要求。只有善于合作的人,才会有生存与开展的空间。因此,合作能力对于幼儿来说非常重要,因为它是幼儿未来立足社会不可缺少的重要因素。对于幼儿而言一句否认的话语是十句肯定、鼓励的话语都弥补不回来的,所以在幼教工作过程中我们应该防止对幼儿刺激性的否认,尽可能地去鼓励幼儿,当幼儿做错事时教育者应尽量用平和的语言尽可能的去对幼儿进行说理而不是片面的否认。人的智力有一个逐步开展的过程,这意味着,随着幼儿年龄和智力的逐渐增长,对于幼儿合作能力的培养的差异性是非常重要的,如果无视幼儿的接受能力千篇一律的只谈培养幼儿的合作能力是不符合幼儿开展的要求的。
本文主要从幼儿的合作能力的培养方面出发,分析幼儿合作能力的培养与开展。通过查阅资料、调查等找出幼儿合作能力的培养方式与策略,以促进幼儿合作能力的开展。

ABSTRACT
With the progress of society, in every area of our lives, and interaction between people is very important. Cooperation is an important factor in early childhood development and based on the social. The kindergarten education guidelines (draft) States: children will participate in a variety of group activities, can help children develop a correct understanding of their initial skills with others. Childhood is a critical period of formation and development of children's social, 5-6 is their ability to cooperation an important period of development, therefore, children's cooperation at this stage is essential, and the ability to work will influence the development of children's lives. During this period, teachers and parents should be suitable for cooperative education to children at the right time, enable children to master the simple cooperation skills; creating platforms provide cooperation opportunities for the children; home League together to cultivate children's ability to cooperate, and lay a solid foundation for the development of children's lives.
Current education of children's work, there are many problems. "Society", "society" is the most basic requirement of times people. Only collaborators who will have room for survival and development. Therefore, cooperation is very important for children, because it is an important and indispensable factor of children's future based on society. A negative word for a child is ten positive, encouraging words make up does not come back, so working in the early childhood education we should avoid in the course of early childhood stimulation in the negative, as much as possible to encourage children, when children do something wrong, educators should try to use gentle language as to reasoning to children rather than one-sided negative. Human intelligence is an evolving process, which means that, as children age and intelligence grows, for the ability difference of children cooperation is very important, if we ignore their ability to accept cookie on the development of young children's cooperation is not only in line with requirements of early childhood development.
In this paper based on the cultivation of the ability to work from early childhood, analysis of cooperative competence and development of young children. Through access to information, investigate to find child care, such as training methods and strategies of cooperation, to promote the development of children's ability to work.
