[用法归纳]
look for, 意思:寻找。强调寻找的动作,至于寻找的结果如何,那么不明确。
I am looking for my pen everywhere.

妙辨异词
Look for; find与 find out.
他们都有“找出来〞的意思,look for强调找的动作,find强调找的结果,find out意为“查出、找出〞经过一番调查了解之后所有的结果。例如:
I am looking for my pen everywhere.
我在到处找我的钢笔。
The teacher found out who broke the window.
老师找出来谁打坏了玻璃。
