权益保障宣传活动总结 　 权益保障宣传活动总结 　 根据市妇联的统一布置，我县妇联于11月份开展了妇女权益保障法宣传月活动，此次活动声势大、影响深、参与广，得到了县委县政府的高度支持，并派专人负责活动的开展和经费的落实，县妇联也竭力在“新〞字上动脑筋，在“大〞字上做文章，在“实〞字上下功夫，活动赢得了很好的社会效果。 　 一、加强宣传。以宣传为突破口，掀起贯彻的高潮，帮助广阔妇女了解掌握妇女法修改的重大意义和宗旨以及妇女解放事业的开展地位的提高等有关内容。根据妇女权益保障法促进和保护妇女劳动和就业的有关精神，举办了以促进妇女就业为目的的妇女儿童开展第二论坛，开展了由8家单位20人参加的妇女权益保障法专项检查，并召开了座谈会，组织了妇女权益保障法网上行活动，在妇女网上开辟专栏。组织台州市“东方妇产杯〞妇保法知识竞赛和开展妇保法网上知识竞赛。同时县妇联还专门下发通知，向各乡镇机关妇联组织具体布置宣传活动，提出要求落实责任。各基层妇联组织根据县妇联提出的总体要求，分别召开座谈会、宣传咨询、专题学习会、知识竞赛、文艺演出、踩街等群众喜闻乐见、形式活泼多样、内容丰富多彩的活动，参与人数之多，声势之大前所未有。据统计，共发放资料20230来册，张贴宣传标语1700张，座谈会23次，总之，在开展宣传活动时，我们做到四个结合即一般宣传与实事实做相结合。这次我们抓住“经济根底是关键〞这一点，从促进农村妇女劳动力转移入手，产生了良好的社会效益；“借马拉车〞与常规宣传相结合。12月8日是全县廉政文化踩街活动，在正式活动前要进行预备踩街。借此时机，我们把妇保法内容结合进去，使廉政文化踩街彩排活动成为一次妇保法的大宣传活动；大规模集中宣传与小型分散宣传相结合；新闻媒介宣传与直接活动宣传相结合。 　 二夯实根底。点面结合、层层推进。根据文化程度，工作归属等方面的不同，把学习新妇保法的对象分为四个层面。第一层政府及有关部门、司法机关、社会团休；第二层为各乡镇〔街道〕妇联、压滤机滤布县直属妇委会的工作人员；第三层为乡村〔居〕干部、妇代会成员、巾帼维权志愿者队伍及人民调解员；第四层为广阔妇女群众。对第一、二、三层采取集中学习和自觉学习的方式，并要求考试合格，从而推动形成全社会自觉遵守妇女权益保障法，切实做到有法必依，执法必严的良好气氛，把妇女权益真正落到实处，对第四个层面采取座谈会和发放资料参加知识竞赛等方式进行培训。使新妇保法深入万家，成为街头巷尾人们议论的热点，增强贯彻效果。 　 三健全机制。我们进一步健全了法律援助与效劳体系。与司法局一起推出了“法律援助卡〞，对下岗妇女、失土妇女、低保妇女，特别困难妇女、残疾妇女发放法律援助卡，为她们无偿提供法律帮助；与公安局联合成立“110〞家庭暴力妇女儿童救助中心，把预防和制止家庭暴力纳入“110〞的工作范畴，变家庭暴力无人管、不想管、不敢管为依法依规定合力管；与法院加强协调，讲究艺术，做到“一般的问题，随时协调；疑难问题，重点协调；分歧的问题，反复协调〞。在农村，在社区，通过创立维权样板区，吸纳社会各界人士参与到维权行列中来。维权样板区的核心内容是：组织一场“四禁〞大讨论；为贫困女童做一件实事活动；一次与困难家庭、特殊家庭谈心活动；一次为孤寡老人送温暖活动；做好文明家庭户和特殊家庭、困难家庭之间互帮互助搭建一个平台；滤布一次“净化家庭、美化家园〞活动。至此，妇女维权保障机制根本形成，根本形成了以妇保委为龙头，以公、检、法、司为骨干，以乡镇、农村为主体，以妇女组织为补充的维权社会化格局。 　 四积极参与社会治安综合治理工作。积极参与平安天台创立工作，配合公安等部门开展平安家庭创立活动，不让毒品进我家活动。为了帮助贫困妇女实现法律赋予的根本权利，积极为贫困妇女办实事、好事。对无一技之长贫困进行妇女集中免费技能培训，并帮助她们寻找岗位，摆脱贫困。对贫困女童，启动了巾帼爱心解忧基金会，帮助她们解决辍学、失学问题。打造一个平安和谐的良好环境。 　awareness and service level of the office of cadres and workers.
