职称申报系统网上填报本卷须知 　 网上填报本卷须知★所有附件请正面上传。为确保上传的附件清晰，建议扫描上传。一、根本信息1.“单位名称〞要填写完整，和公章一致。2.“所学专业〞要填写完整，和毕业证书上一致。3.“现任专业技术职务〞填工程师，“现任专业技术取得时间〞填工程师取得时间。4.“聘任职务〞填工程师，“聘任时间〞填工程师取得时间。二、学习经历1.高中学习经历须填写，如遗失高中毕业证书，谢遗失申明，本人签字扫描后上传。2.每个学习阶段的学历、学位证书合并扫描到1个文件在上传。三、工作经历1.如有外单位工作经历，要将外单位工作业绩证明上传到相应工作经历后。2.如有执业资格证书等证明材料，也请扫描后上传到相应工作经历后。3.如一段工作经历有多个附件材料，请合并扫描到1个文件中再上传。四、工作业绩1.如需对工作业绩做更加详细的介绍，可将附件上传到此处。如无，那么不要将其他附件挂在此处。五、项目情况1.如有获奖证书，请将扫描件上传到相应项目后，如有多个奖项，请合并扫描到1个文件中再上传。六、论文著作1.只能选定一篇主送论文。2.发表的论文要扫描：封面、目录、正文，每篇论文所有扫描件合并生成为1个文件，建议保存为pdf文件。扫描件要非常清晰。如文件太大可拆成几条记录上传。3. 论文录用证明不能作为正式发表依据。七、相关表格1. “综合报告〞最后签字盖章页要扫描，然后插入到综合报告的word文件中。八、单位意见1. 单位意见附件仅需上传如下两页，骑缝章请查看样张：九、附件资料1.最多可上传12个附件。2.同类材料可合并扫描到1个文件中，如知识产权证书和创新知识证书合并等。十、评审进程查看1.申报后，如有修改或确认相关意见，申报人员可定期查看评审进程，查看后按照相关意见修改后，并再次提交信息。十一、提交书面材料1.取得受理号后，按照“报送高级工程师评审材料目录〞的顺序提交所有材料和费用。prevention and treatment of the special rectification work. 2, enhance political concentration.
