摘要
我国正处于全面建设小康社会,深化改革开放、加快转变经济发展方式的的关键时期,经济社会发展对教育和人才的需求发生了深刻的变化。社会经济的发展,迫切需要进一步提高劳动者素质,调整人才培养结构,增加应用人才的供给。因此,国家“十二五发展规划”中,把“大力发展职业教育”作为我国教育发展的一个重要战略任务。推进社会主义现代化,科技是关键,人才是核心,教育是基础,教育要发展,关键在人才。提高教育现代化水平迫切要求把加强教师队伍建设摆在教育工作全局的突出位置。当前各高职院校更加注重学校规模,注重强化高职教育理念与特色,提高教育教学质量。高职教育逐渐转变人才培养观念,主动适应当今社会的需求,加强与企业、行业的结合,增强培养面向当代制造业、现代农业和现代服务业的高技能复合型人才,导致提高教育质量的任务也更加艰巨,在教育工作一线的高职教师尤其肩负责任与压力。高职院的基础课教师作为高职教育的主要参与者,尤其面临尴尬的境地。因此关注高职院校基础课教师的职业发展,对高职院校基础课教师进行科学系统的职业生涯规划,对于建设一支高素质的稳定的职业教育师资队伍以及高职院校和职业教育的发展都十分必要。
由于我国高等教育发展的历史并不悠久,因此,对于高等教师职业生涯规划的研究并不成熟,没有形成完整的体系;另一方面,社会并没有对高等教育职业生涯规划投入过多的重视,导致高等职业院校教师在职业生涯规划方面存在许多的困惑和误区,我国的高等院校职业生涯规划存在诸多问题。本文主要研究了我国高等院校职业生涯规划现状,对比国内外职业生涯规划发展,对职业规划中存在的问题进行了研究和分析,并提出了相应的改进措施,以期能够为我国高等职业院校教师的职业生涯规划提供一定的参考和帮助。高职教师的职业发展确实在进几年有较多的研究,特别是2011年以后,对于高职院教师的职业发展中点关注的一个方向就是青年教师的职业发展,就是我们学院也有老师写过关于高职教师职业发展的论文。因为自己身在高职教师的群体中,对于这个群体的职业发展有更深的体会,一直也很关注,在文献查阅的过程中,发现了有一些问题虽然得到了关注,但是并没有很好的解决,也有一些问题没有得到很好的关注和重视。比如说现在高职院以就业为导向的办学模式,导致学院重视专业课而忽视基础课,基础课教师被边缘化,基础课教师的职业发展受到严重的阻碍,所以想通过这样一个选题解决心中的疑惑,同时也促进自己的工作和职业发展。

Abstract
China is in a critical period of building a moderately prosperous society in an all-round way, deepening the reform and opening up, accelerating the transformation of economic development mode, the economic and social development has a profound change in the demand for education and talent. The development of social economy, the urgent need to further improve the quality of workers, adjust the structure of personnel training, increase the supply of applied talents. Therefore, the national "12th Five-Year development plan", the "vigorously develop vocational education" as an important strategic task of China's educational development. To promote socialist modernization, science and technology is the key, talent is the core, education is the foundation, education to develop, the key is in the talent. To raise the level of education modernization, it is urgent to strengthen the construction of teachers' team in a prominent position in the overall situation of education work. At present, the higher vocational colleges pay more attention to the school scale, focus on strengthening the concept and characteristics of higher vocational education, and improve the quality of teaching and learning. Higher vocational education gradually change the concept of personnel training, take the initiative to adapt to the needs of today's society, strengthen with the combination of industries and enterprises, and enhance the training for the modern manufacturing industry, modern agriculture and modern service industry of high skilled talents, resulting in task of improving the quality of education is more difficult, in the forefront of the education work of higher vocational teachers especially shoulder the responsibility and pressure. The basic course teachers in higher vocational colleges are the main participants in higher vocational education, especially in the face of an embarrassing situation. So pay attention to the professional development of teachers in higher vocational colleges, career planning of system science on the basis of teachers in higher vocational colleges, for the stability of the construction of a high-quality teaching staff of vocational education and development of Vocational Colleges and vocational education are very necessary.
Due to the history of the development of higher education in China is not long, therefore, the higher teachers' career planning research is not mature, there is no complete system; on the other hand, society did not to the higher education career planning into much attention, resulting in Higher Vocational Colleges Teachers in career planning exists many confusion and misunderstanding, the career planning of colleges and universities of our country exists many problems. This paper mainly studies the Chinese institutions of higher learning vocational career planning status, comparing the domestic and international career planning development, on the problems existing in the career planning were research and analysis, and put forward the corresponding improvement measures, in order to provide some reference and help for our country's higher vocational colleges teachers career planning.
