站内电缆沟开挖平安技术交底   Content of Disclosure： 交底内容： Technical Disclosure： 1、挖沟时施工人员之间应保持3~5m的距离。在有地下光、电缆和管路的地方挖沟、坑时，应了解地下设施的用途、埋设位置，并与有关部门联系，做好防护后再施工。 It is necessary to keep a distance of 3 to 5 meters from the place where excavation is performed. When trench in the places where there are underground optical cables, electrical cables and pipes, it is necessary to understand the purpose and location of the underground facilities, contact with the relevant departments, and carry out good protection before construction. 2、当挖沟、坑影响行人阻碍交通或站内作业时，应在施工地点3~5m处加设防护，并应当天回填夯实。如需过夜时，需搭人行便桥、通车便道，并设防护栏和警示灯，必要时应派专人监守。在有倒塌危险的房屋、围墙附近开挖时应对其临时加固。 When trench affects traffic or station operations, set up protection facilities 3-5 meters from the construction site and backfill and compact the trench the same day. In case of overnight, it is need to take temporary decking across open trench, set fences and warning lights, and send someone to take care of it when necessary. When trench in the vicinity of houses and fences are at risk of collapsing, it is necessary to reinforce them temporarily. 3、严禁在影响路基稳定的范围内挖沟、坑，在铁路沿线或穿越铁路挖沟、坑时，摆放的料具和挖出的土石严禁侵入根本建筑限界，并应采取防止塌落的措施。 It is prohibited to trench within the area which would impact stability of roadbed. When trench along the railway or crossing the railway, related materials, tools, excavated earth and rock are not allowed to put into the construction boundary and measures should be taken to prevent collapse. 4、电缆、光缆敷设需通过铁路、公路、繁忙车道时开挖时间尽量选择在车辆最低峰进行，并应采取平安防护措施。 If optical and electrical cable have to across the rail, road, and busy lane, try to avoid rush hours and should take safety measures. 5、挖沟、坑的弃土应距沟、坑边0.4m以外。堆土高度不应高于1.5m。 Trench spoil pit should be placed away from the trench by at least 0.4 meter with a height of less than 1.5m. 6、在土质松软地带挖沟、坑时应按斜坡形开挖，坡度的大小应根据土壤的性质、湿度及坑深确定，宜符合下表的规定： When trench in soft soil area, excavate a slope with its angle based on the nature, moisture of the soil and pit depth. It is not good to remove protective shield in heavy quicksand areas. 9、在架空线路附近开挖沟槽时，应防止架空线路的杆塔倾斜、悬倒。 When perform trench excavation in the vicinity of overhead lines, pay attention to prevent slant and hanging down of pole and tower for overhead lines. 10、坑底面积小于1.5m2时，坑内不得有两人及以上人员同时作业。沟、坑深大于1m时，不得一人单独作业。 If bottom area is less than 1.5m2, only one person can work in it. When the depth of trench and pit depth is more than 1 meter, a person cannot work alone. 11、当发生挖坏光、电缆及其它管路事故后，施工负责人应立即通知工程负责人，并同时与设备管理单位联系，确定接续、抢修方法。 If break optical, electrical cable and other pipeline when trench, the person in charge of construction shall immediately notify project responsible person, and simultaneously contact the device management unit to determine the splicing and repair method. 12、施工负责人根据抢修原那么立即做出决定，如工程部抢修人员在设备管理人员到来之前能够完成抢修工作的，可根据情况提前进行抢修；不能抢修的可派人员配合设备管理单位人员进行抢修。 The person in charge of construction shall immediately make a decision in accordance with repair principles. If the repair personnel of the Project Office can complete the repair work prior to the arrival of equipment management personnel, then they can carry out repairs in advance according to the situation; if the repair personnel of the Project Office cannot complete the repair, the Project Office may send personnel to cooperate with the equipment management unit personnel to repair. 13、抢修人员要听从负责人指挥。 Repair personnel should obey the command of the person in charge. 14、在两线间挖沟时，事先在开挖沟两侧铺上塑料布，开挖土放在塑料布上，防止污染石砟。同时如在调车密集地方开挖沟时，要设专人防护员防护，施工人员严禁（坐、卧、躺）等钢轨上，坚决执行，行车不施工，施工不行车规定。 When excavate between two lines, put plastic sheeting on both sides of excavation area in advance. Put excavated soil on plastic sheeting to avoid contamination of ballast layer. Besides, if excavate in area where there is intensive shunting, it is necessary to allocate guard to protect it. Construction workers are prohibited to sit and lie on the rail. Resolutely implement the rule of no construction when train works and no train working when construction is performed. 15、在超过垂直高度6米护坡路肩上挖沟时，事先把塑料布铺在开挖沟两侧，开挖土放在塑料布上，严禁乱扔开挖土，防止污染石砟。路肩旁要设专职平安员，施工人员严禁坐在路肩侧（坐、卧、躺）等违规行为。 When excavate in slope road shoulder of vertical height more than 6 meters, place plastic sheeting on both sides of excavation area in advance.
